Product Details
+This is a very rare and cool Patek Philippe steel dress watch, reference 3579, produced between 1969 and 1974. This period was an interesting chapter in Patek Philippe's history, predating the famous Nautilus, and it is believed this model was made for the Japanese market. The choice of stainless steel. a material not typically used by Patek Philippe except in sportier models, we believe makes this watch quite unique and desirable!
The steel 33mm (38mm lug to lug) remains in great condition. The contrast of brushed finishes on the bezel and sides, against polished lugs, enhances its visual appeal, creating striking effects under different lighting. The amazing blue dial, with painted Roman numerals and white text and complemented by white hands in in excellent condition. The watch comes fitted with the pictured Bulang and Sons strap, with an additional used Patek Philippe strap included, though without a PP buckle. The manual wind calibre 23-300 movement has been fully serviced by our watchmaker.
This cool Patek 3579 offers a blend of rarity and elegant design. Please arrange a visit to our watch lounge or contact us for more details!
